the brief.

A Darwin-based real estate agent was transitioning to a new agency, with the announcement aligning with both Valentine’s Day and her birthday. She wanted a campaign that felt fresh, bold, and unexpected, something that captured attention while reflecting her new branding, colour palette, and the excitement of a new chapter.

the resolution.

I developed a cohesive campaign spanning photography, videography, social media, and print. The creative direction balanced clean, modern visuals with a sense of energy and anticipation, subtly nodding to the timing of the launch. Anchored by the tagline “Honey, I’m Home,” the campaign positioned her move as both a personal milestone and a confident new beginning.

Additionally, to build traction and stand out, we replaced the traditional “For Sale” with “On the Market.” This subtle shift signalled a commitment to visibility, showing sellers their property would be fully showcased, not hidden off-market. In a market moving the opposite way, it challenged the norm and positioned the brand as bold, transparent, and results-driven.
